Tim joined Woods Harris in 2015 and was appointed as a Director in 2019.

With 20 years construction industry experience in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, Tim has a wealth of experience gained across a number of major projects ranging from $50m to $700m. Representing both client and contractors his work has spanned a variety of construction sectors including health, industrial, structural refurbishment, residential and hospitality.
He has a high level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 software as a programme management tool, and for the development of construction programmes and their monitoring.
Tim has a young family and enjoys getting out for a round of golf whenever he can.

With over 27 years in the construction industry (in both Consultant and Main Contractor capacity) Cory has been involved with many different types of projects across a number of sectors with different roles spanning New Zealand, United Kingdom and Australia which brings a wealth of industry experience and expertise to his current role as a Senior Consultant Programmer.
He provides specialist programming expertise to all aspects of project implementation, from initial concept, through detailed planning, design, tendering, construction compliance, and project completion.
He has provided these services to government departments, educational institutions, the health sector, residential developments, retail outlets, major corporates, developers and contractors.
He has a high level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Project software as a programme management tool, and for the development of construction programmes and their monitoring including critical path analysis.

Oscar joined Woods Harris in 2023 as our Construction Programmer/Planner. He is involved with multiple projects in a lead and supporting role in the commercial and residential space. An accredited Synchro 4D software user, offering a real life view and easy to understand perspective of the construction process that has proven to be a beneficial planning tool to main contractors and clients.

Nicky has been part of the Woods Harris Team since 2007 and has a broad building industry experience as an office administrator. She undertakes administrative and communication duties that relate to delivery of our services.​ Nicky also assists with the development of project programmes using computer based software packages.
